Other handling and freight charges (if applicable)
Where the actual freight cost are excessive Cooee Brands Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge additional costs (after consulatation with the customer) or refuse an order. A redelivery charge of $30 ex GST apply per redelivery. A tailgate charge of $100 ex GST will applied if a tailgate truck is required.

Order Claims
No claim for shortages, breakages, wrong delivery or any other claim will be accepted unless notice of same is received within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
We can accept a change of mind claim within the 14 day time frame however freight will not be refunded and a 25% re-stocking fee applied to any credit raised.
